From Payment to Delivery, what happens next?

  1. Payment Confirmation

Once you’ve reviewed your invoice and confirmed that all details are correct, then you can proceed with your payment, we offer 3 different payment options:

  • EFT/ Direct Deposit
  • Credit/Debit card. (1% merchant surcharge)
  • Bpay

Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email along with a copy of your paid tax invoice.

  1. Order Scheduling

After your payment is confirmed, your order is scheduled for production and delivery. This coordinated approach ensures that your tank(s) is produced and delivered as efficiently as possible. You will receive an email to confirm the scheduled delivery date for your order. Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk/spam folder, so please be on the look out for this email.

  1. Production of the Tank(s)

Your order then moves into the production phase. Our rainwater tanks (both Steel and poly) are manufactured using the highest quality food grade materials

  1. Postproduction and QC checks

Once the tank(s) is manufactured, it undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure it meets our high standards. This includes checking for structural integrity, correct fittings, and overall finish. Only after passing these checks does your tank(s) move to the next stage.

  1. Pre-Delivery

Before your tank(s) is loaded for delivery, our team will contact you to finalize the pre-delivery checklist. This checklist ensures that all details are confirmed and that any special requirements for delivery are noted. This is also a good time to discuss any site-specific considerations that might affect delivery, such as access restrictions or specific placement instructions. We include for our delivery driver, both GPS equipment, physical maps and descriptive directions to your property.

  1. Delivery of Day

On the scheduled delivery day our professional delivery staff will aim to call ahead, approximately 1 hour to arrival onsite, to a nominated phone number. When we arrive onsite with your tank(s), Safety is our top priority, so our driver will assess the delivery site upon arrival to determine the safest and most efficient way to unload the tank(s).

  1. Final Placement of the tank(s) in situ

It’s important that you or a representative is present to assist with the final placement of the tank(s), especially if the site has specific challenges or restrictions.

After the tank(s) is unloaded from the delivery vehicle, the tank(s) may need to be manually maneuverer into its final position on the tank(s) pad. Ensure that the site is prepared in advance with a levelled and stable base to support the tank(s). Our team will provide guidance, but it’s important to follow all directions given by our driver to ensure safety for all involved.

Note: Please do not order a water delivery for the same day as the scheduled delivery date.

For larger tank(s)s like the R22700SQ and R34000 models, additional assistance (a minimum of four able-bodied persons) may be required to help position the tank(s).

Warranty documentation and an installation guide is supplied on the reverse side of the delivery docket

  1. Post-Delivery Support

Once your tank(s) is in place, our support doesn’t end there. We are available to answer any questions you may have about the maintenance, or use of your new tank(s). You can contact us anytime for assistance or visit our website for additional resources and information.

Our Range of Duraplas Poly Rainwater tanks are supplied with a 20-year Manufacture warranty.

The Range of Kingspan Steel tanks are supplied with a 10-year construction warranty and 20-year BlueScope steel corrosion Warranty.
