20 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Applicable New Generation Cylindrical and Slimline Urban rainwater-tank ranges carry a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty: an initial 10-year repair-or-replacement period followed by a further 10 years calculated on a pro-rata basis. The same full warranty period applies across these applicable round and slimline ranges.



Experienced Delivery Planning

Once production and freight planning have been confirmed, the order is scheduled and the customer is contacted before delivery. Delivery timing can be affected by traffic, weather, loading requirements and other transport conditions. Suitable property access and the required onsite assistance remain the property owner’s responsibility.



Our experienced team can explain tank sizes, fittings, accessories, delivery requirements and general installation information. Final plumbing, hydraulic, structural and engineering decisions must be confirmed by a suitably qualified professional.
